As the leaves fall and turn from green to brown, so too should our outlooks. Let your mind change with the season.

We all move so fast through life that we tend to forget to enjoy it. Take the time to do the things you want to do, and live like you want to live.
We also should be intentional. Be intentional in our movements and decisions.
Be intentional and make an effort to be more there. There for our friends, our families, ourselves.
Reach out to a friend just to see how they are doing.
Spend more time petting your dog.
Speak less and smile more.
We aren’t given a ton of time on this planet. We have to use it to our advantage. Sometimes we just need to take a moment and let it be just that our moment. Our moment lo live, our moment to love and be loved, our moment to laugh, our moment to cry, our moment to be intentional.
